They receive a lot of requests so they ask that you give them time to respond to your tickets and at this time they do have a 7 day waiting period.
To contact them through Covet Fashion: - Tap on "Complete Offers to Earn diamonds" This will open the offerwall. - Tap on the Menu Icon at the upper left corner of the offerwall window -Select Reward Status -Tap the Choose an Offer button to select your offer. - Choose the offer that you completed. (Note some offers take longer to appear here due to verification time) - Fill in your email address, and a quick description. - Tap on the "Submit Support Request" button.
