I Did Not Receive Diamonds For Completing the Peanut Labs Survey.
We are sorry you are having trouble with your Peanut Labs survey reward. Most offers reward you instantly upon completion. However, some can take hours or days. The reasons for such delays are usually advertiser-specific. For example, some partners manually award credits in batches, which is a major reason why some users do not see rewards instantly.
If you did not receive your reward for completing a survey. You may not have fulfilled the requirements necessary to be credited Sometimes, a survey has already gathered many opinions from people with your demographic characteristics. Other times, you might have entered the survey at the exact same time as ten other people even though the survey only needed five more opinions. And in other cases, the researcher might have needed opinions from someone who has never heard of their product but since you use their product every day, you wouldn’t be able to help them.
When you complete an entire survey, you will receive all of the advertised points. Sometimes, you might be screened out of a survey because the researchers were looking for a different kind of person. Some of these surveys will give you a small number of points as a token of their appreciation. However, it is not a requirement and not every survey offers this.
If you are experiencing a problem with a survey, simply click on the “Transactions” button located at the top right corner of the Peanut Labs’ Reward Center to view a list of all the surveys or offers you have participated in. Select the survey or offer and click the “Report a Problem” button.
