The wait time to receive Supersonic reward varies from offer to offer and can take anywhere from 24 hours to a few days. Each offers expected time delay is listed under the offer's disclaimer.
If you experienced a technical error during the completion of an offer, unfortunately you will not be awarded. Therefore, please remember to let the page load completely when you click on an offer and do not refresh the page at any point, as it could hinder Supersonic's ability to track your offer completion.
You can see your offer status and history but clicking on the "missing credits" link at the bottom of your Supersonic Offer wall. This will take you to your Credits Status page.
On your status page you will see the following information. If the offer is not completed, you will see the status as "Pending Advertiser's approval" Once you complete an offer the following status will appear: "Approved - Credits awarded. " If your completion was not approved by the advertiser, you will see the status "Rejected" Please note that when you click on an offer, even without completing the offer, it will appear on your status page.
If you are missing rewards: Please be sure before submitting a missing credit ticket, to make sure that you have waited the required delay time (can vary from 15 min to 48 hours). If after fully completing the offer, you still did not receive your credits, then you can go ahead and submit a ticket to Supersonic by clicking the “missing credits?” link next to the specific offer. Please fill out the required details and once submitted you will receive a ticket number – please include it in all your email communications with the Supersonic CS team.
Below are the instructions on how to open a missing credit support ticket: Go to the missing credit link at the bottom of your Supersonic offerwall. Choose the offer you wish to open a missing credits ticket for, and click on the missing credits link Click the submit a support ticket button Please fill in all the required details: valid email address, 50 characters of text, screenshot (optional) and make sure you mark the tick box. Click Submit You have now submitted a missing credit ticket. Please mention the received number in all your communication with our customer support team
